Last week, the equipment ordered by our Ugandan customer is finished the production in DOING Factory. These 30tpd palm oil deodorizer equipment and fractionation machine are ready for delivery to Uganda in this week.

The machines for palm oil deodorization process

This is a special order, different from that we met before. Because the effect of deodorization and deacidification of his batch type palm oil refinery plant is not good, our Ugandan customer want to buy a part of equipment to replace the equipment in his own palm oil refinery plant. 

After discussing with engineer, there is a suitable suggestion that is buying a full-continuous deodorizer tower, using to finish the deodorization and deacidification process. That means the his batch type palm oil refinery plant will upgrade into semi-continuous palm oil refinery plant, and the effect will be better. As for the palm oil fractionation plant, he wanted to buy a new membrane filter press to replace the old one. Based on his problem and requirement, our engineer advised him to buy a larger one, so as to improve the filter effect.
