The client is the CEO of a shipping company. Now he wants to expand his business and do some Shift to Manufacturing development. First of all, he wants to do some palm oil press machine, palm oil refining machine, and palm oil fractionation equipment. The design process of our 10TPD palm oil fractionation equipment contains two crystallization tanks, one is used to heat the crude oil to melt the crystals in the crude oil to avoid affecting the quality of stearin and olein after fractionation. We will use a refrigeration unit to provide chilled water to the crystallization tank to lower the temperature of the oil. Once it gets to about 5-6 degrees, we pump the oil through the pipe to the filter, which filters the stearin out of the oil. There will be a hard fat tank under the filter to store the hard fat, and the upper part of the hard fat tank has blades to divide the hard fat into small pieces to prevent the hard fat from falling from the filter and damaging the equipment. Our stearin tank has a heating coil at the bottom, it can heat the stearin into liquid state, help the pump to drive the stearin outside, the filtered oil will be pumped into the outdoor oil tank.

Crystallization tank

Our chilled water tank is divided into two parts, one part is used to store the hot water from the crystallization tank, because the temperature of the chilled water will rise after entering the crystallization tank, and the other part is used to store the lower temperature of the chilled water, which can save energy by alternating cold and hot . In addition, we also have an oil cleaning tank, the oil cleaning tank is also divided into two parts, one part is used to store compressed air, which is used to blow off the grease on the filter to reduce the loss of your grease, and the other part is used for storage, Cleaning the residual stearin on the filter cloth, the whole production line is well-equipped, low loss, complete process, the customer is very satisfied with our design.
