Nigeria: 50TPD Palm Oil Refining & 30TPD Fractionation Equipment Deal Signed

On August 12, 2025, a Nigerian client purchased a set of tailor-made equipment from Henan Glory Company, including 50tpd fully continuous palm oil refining equipment and 30tpd palm oil fractionation equipment.

The palm oil refining equipment purchased by the client adopt an advanced fully continuous production process covering complete steps such as degumming, deacidification, decolorization, and deodorization. These machines can efficiently remove colloidal impurities, free fatty acids, pigments, and odors from crude palm oil. Therefore, they effectively extend the shelf life and improve the appearance of finished palm oil. The matching 30tpd palm oil fractionation equipment further realize the value upgrading of palm oil: based on the difference in melting points of various fatty acids in palm oil, it uses precise temperature control and centrifugal crystallization separation technology to separate palm oil into two products—palm olein and palm stearin. Palm olein is suitable for daily cooking oil with good fluidity, while palm stearin can be used as a raw material for food additives such as shortening and margarine, helping the client open up two major market segments.
