Our full automatic continuous edible oil refinery line can process peanut oil, soybean oil, sunflower seed oil, palm oil, palm kernel oil and etc. If customer require, we can also do the PLC control, which is high efficiency and labor saving, and it our full automatic continuous edible oil refinery line has below steps:
De-gumming & de-acidification: Getting rid of the impurities, gum and free fatty acid in the oil.
De-colorization: Wiping off some pigment, lecithoid, remnant pesticide and other impurity.
Deodorization: Wiping off  the volatile odoriferous material free fatty acids in vacuum and high temperature condition.
De-waxing & winterizing: Removing the wax in the oil, suitable for some kinds of vegetable oil, such as sunflower oil, rice bran oil, corn germ oil and so on.
