Rice polisher is the new type of polisher with large productivity. The Rice polisher can help in removal of hulls and brans from paddy grains to produce polished rice and whole white rice Kernels that are sufficiently milled impurities and contain a minimum number of broken kernels. Rice polisher The characteristics of the MPG rice polisher: 1).High air speed, high negative pressure,no bran,high quality rice and low rice temperature. 2).With special structure in emery roll, here is less broken rice during rice milling processing. Lower power consumption (decreasing by about 20%) under the same capacity. 3).High abrasion resistance with special structure in emery roll. Increase of 2-5% in white rice yields from husked rice compared with other vertical whiteners under the same variety. (depending on different varieties).
