Extractor is the center of extraction process, in which solvent extracts oil from pretreated material. There're 2 types extractors usually used in solvent extraction process, rotocel extractor and loop type extractor.

Extractor is the center of extraction process, in which solvent extracts oil from pretreated material. There're 2 types extractors usually used in solvent extraction process, rotocel extractor and loop type extractor.

Rotocel extractor

1. Rotocel extractor transmits with racks; specialized balanced design of rotors runs placidly at low speed, and consumes low power.
2. Loading system automatically adjusts wind closing device and revolving speed of main enfine according to loading amount, creats negative pressure in extractor, and reduces solvent leak.
3. Oil mixture circulation decreases fresh solvent consumption, reduces oil residue in the meal, impoves concentration of oil mixture, and also saves energy by reducing evaporation.
4. High bed depth creats immersion extraction and reduces meal content in oil mixture, which impoves crude oil quality and reduces evaporation amount.
5. Rotocel suits all prepressed caked solvent extraction.

Rotocel extractor

Loop type extractor

1. Loop type extractor transmits with chains with low rotating speed and low power consumption. Lattest structure design runs placidly without moise.
2. Loading system automatically adjusts wind closing device and revolving speed of main enfine according to loading amount, creats negative pressure in extractor, and reduces solvent leak.
3. Oil mixture circulation decreases fresh solvent consumption, reduces oil residue in the meal, impoves concentration of oil mixture, and also saves energy by reducing evaporation.
4. Low bed depth creats percolation extraction. Material flips in curving part, reducing dead angles.

Loop type extractor

In general, solvent extraction can be widely used to all oil seeds. However, considering consumption and earnings, solvent extraction is always used in oil processing plant such as soybean oil, rice bran oil, etc.
